With all services we offer, it is important to us that we find the right tenant for you and your property. We will regularly liaise with yourselves and our referencing agents on the suitability of all your prospective tenants.
Marketing your property
We operate and maintain an extensive mailing list for applicants looking to rent. As soon as we receive your instruction, your property will be advertised. Full details are emailed to all suitable applicants with the most motivated and relevant applicants receiving a telephone call. Your property will also be marketed on our website; not only do we have our own website, we also feature your property on many of the country's biggest property websites offering access to millions of customers not only from the local area, but to those who live further afield looking to locate themselves to the region.
Working for you
Our team will co-ordinate all enquiries on your behalf, arranging and accompany viewings with prospective tenants.
We recommend you keep your property as a blank canvas for prospective tenants by keeping the space clean and clutter-free. As standard, a member of the Selectiv Lettings team can accompany the prospective tenants on viewings on your behalf, however if you choose to host the viewing yourself remember to highlight all the good points that aren't immediately obvious, such as friendly neighbours and in-built storage.
Our top tip: If you are decorating your property keep it simple, don't let your personal taste put off potential tenants.
